TOURNAMENT RECAP: The Richmond Invitational Classic @ Lake Monticello Golf Club

On a bright and sunny Saturday, the Richmond Tour played Host to a tournament combo with the Tidewater tour. 70 golfers took on the Lake Monticello Golf Club in the Richmond Invitational. 

GREENFIELD claims victory in a Sudden Death Playoff! In Championship-Flight, Tidewater's Chris Greenfield (76), won on the First Sudden Death Playoff Hole, over Thomas Sutterfield (76) from Tidewater, and rounding out the Top-3 was Derek Lee (78) from the Richmond Tour.  This victory marked Chris Greenfield's 6th Tour Victory on tour in 2025.  Greenfield has pulled to just 373.33 points from first place with only the State Final to go.
KNAPSTEIN claims victory with a 78! In A-Flight, Richmond's Jeff Knapstein (78), won by 2 strokes over Alfred Everett (80) from Tidewater, and rounding out the Top-3 was Ron Sullins (81) from the Tidewater Tour. Claiming fourth place was Trey Richardson (82) from the Richmond Tour. This victory marked Jeff Knapstein's 2nd victory in 2025.
SUTTERFIELD claims victory with a 80! In B-Flight, Tidewater's Garry Sutterfield (80), won by 2 strokes over Carlos Quinones (82) from Tidewater, and rounding out the Top-3 was Nicholas Harney (83) from the Richmond Tour, and Craig Crowley (83) from the DC Metro Tour.  This victory marked Garry Sutterfield's 1st Tour Victory on tour.
YARBROUGH claims victory with a 83! In C-Flight, Richmond's Shaquille Yarbrough (83), won by 1 strokes over Bobby Eckel (84) from Tidewater, and rounding out the Top-3 was Forest Maitland (86) from the Richmond Tour.  This victory marked Shaquille Yarbrough's 2nd Tour Victory on tour in 2025.
BAXTER claims victory with a 91! In D-Flight, Tidewater's Arthur Baxter (91), won by 2 strokes over Eric Davis (93) from Richmond, and rounding out the Top-3 was Will Graves (95) from the Richmond Tour.  This victory marked Arthur Baxter's 1st Tour Victory on tour.
